We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if it is not suitable for any reason, we are happy to refund your purchase providing it is:

Returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
In its original undamaged packaging.
In the same condition as you received it.

How do I return an item - Please contact us by email at sales@spicecellar.co.uk before making a return.

Method of Return - We will make the arrangements for the return shipping by the most suitable method and advise you of this. For items delivered by courier we may ask you to take the parcel to the nearest drop off location.

What happens next - We will discuss with you the options for replacement, exchange or refund
